Over the last few years we have built up a good working relationship with many book shops and members of the Book Trade. This has allowed us to ensure that are books are widely available and we are grateful to those companies that have supported us and hope that they will continue to do so.
Their support does come at a price as we sell our books to them at a discounted price as they need to make a profit to support their business. This means that we have to set the price of our books to reflect the cost margins to us. Feedback we receive suggests that we have set the right price across our book range and we are pleased to announce that there will be no increases in the prices of any of our books through until the end of 2016.
To enable us to offer this guarantee, it is essential that we receive payment from our customers promptly. Unfortunately this is not always the case and we have been spending considerable time chasing outstanding invoices. We have written to those serial offenders and hope that we can resolve the issues quickly and that our books remain available at all current outlets, although some do ignore our communication.
Several of our Trade Customers do provide a mail order service and we can also supply one-off Trade orders to local bookshops. To place an order your local bookshop just needs to contact us direct using our ‘Contact Us’ form.
