Reserve Fleet Trident 18137 has been reported in use at Barnstaple as cover for Scania/Enviro 400s 15435 and 15794 which are out of use for repairs, although 15794 is expected to re-enter service imminently.
The expected transfer of Optare Solo 47597 from Torquay to Barnstaple to release 47313 to the Reserve Fleet has been cancelled, however 47586 has transferred from Torquay to the Reserve Fleet.
Now for disposal here is former Reserve Fleet Dart SLF 34432 whilst 34511/96 have been scrapped/sold. Scania/Enviro 400 15450 has transferred from Cheltenham to Swindon whilst Volvo B10M training coaches 52381 and 52628 are currently based at Stroud.
Enviro 200 36748 has returned to service at Nuneaton following repairs. Dart SLF 35185 has transferred from Leamington to Rugby whilst Trident 18152 has moved from the main fleet to the Reserve Fleet at Northampton.
✤Stagecoach Megabus Operations
Reserve Fleet Volvo B12Bs 54077/79 are reported as being on loan from Stagecoach Midlands at Rugby to Stagecoach South West at Plymouth.

Withdrawn & Awaiting Disposal former Volvo B10M Driver Training Vehicle 20554 was collected from Walkergate Depot on Tuesday 2nd January 2018 by Alpha Recovery of Weetslade, to whom it has been sold for scrap.
MAN/ALX 300 Driver Training Vehicle 22074 based at Stockton Depot, received Driver Training Bus livery just prior to Christmas, though some additional modification work is required on the vehicle, before it is able to enter service.
Following several months of preparation work, MAN/ALX 300 22076 is now in active use as a Driver Training vehicle, and is based at Walkergate Depot.
Volvo B12B Coach 54045 is now awaiting disposal at Stockton Depot, following the withdrawal of service X55 for which it had been originally acquired back in May 2017. Service X55 operated for the final time on Saturday 23rd December 2017.
