Deliveries of new ADL E20D/Enviro 200 saloons (37146-66) to Stagecoach Manchester for service at Stockport have been completed and the first vehicle for Stagecoach South Wales (37167) is recorded as being delivered and in use for driver type training at Caerphilly. A further 13 (37168-80) are due at Caerphilly. Deliveries will then be to Stagecoach Yorkshire (Chesterfield - 37181-86), Stagecoach East Midlands (Grimsby - 37187-209), Stagecoach East (Cambridge - 37210-15 and Peterborough - 37216-35) and then Stagecoach West (Cheltenham - 37236-46).
Stagecoach Manchester has also taken a number of ex Stagecoach London Tridents into its fleet. Those reported by the company are 17452/84/86/93/94/97/99, 17500/01/04/07/11/16/19/20/21/22/27/35/61/67/75/78, Ten are likely to remain in the Reserve Fleet, whilst the remainder are due to receive Magicbus livery but surprisingly are expected to also retain their dual door configuration. Stagecoach South Wales has transferred five surplus Optare Solos - 47458/59, 47523/29 and 47718 - to Stagecoach West Scotland. Sold from the Stagecoach South Wales fleet to Ensign are Dart SLFs 33073, 33288, 34125/32/43/54/55 and Volvo Olympian 16149. Delivery of the three additional Scania/Enviro 400s to Stagecoach Oxford (15994-96) is now expected to be at the end of September - they are expected to be used in Scotland on Ryder Cup shuttles first. There is also a suggestion that some of the batch due for Stagecoach East Midlands at Grimsby (15175-79) may also bee use on Ryder Cup duties.
