Now in service on Oxford Tube work is Van Hool Astromega 50250, however, its recent repaint omits the orange swoop which normally separates the blue and red swoops.

Further new Enviro 400MMCs delivered to Walkergate are 11294/96 - they arrived yesterday.
Richard Smiles, who assists us with Fleet Ramblings and book production, advises that although a new ADL Enviro 400MMC was delivered to Walkergate with SN69ZRJ registration plates attached and subsequently has fleet numbers 11502 applied it should have had registration SN69ZPJ fitted and the identity 11281. The error has been corrected and delivery of the real 11502 (SN69ZRJ) is still to be made.
Another Enviro 200 due to leave this fleet for Go Ahead’s Plymouth City Bus operation is 354.
Previously unreported by us is that a number of recent Enviro 400MMC deliveries from ADL show the vehicle type as E400D on the chassis plate rather than the previously used E40D.
Now in the Reserve Fleet here are Tridents 18411/12 from Ashton, 18372 from Sharston and 18365 from Stockport. The company also records 18326 as in the Reserve Fleet here from Stockport but we understand it may be in service at Wigan.
Enviro 400 19402 has transferred to Sharston whilst sold is Trident 18290.
Now in the Reserve Fleet are Tridents 17735 and 17736 (at Aldershot) and Dart SLFs 34631 along with 35259/60 at Winchester with 34518 at Chichester and 34629 at Winchester.
Reserve Fleet Enviro 200 36440 from Basingstoke is now transferred and allocated to Aldershot whilst Enviro 300 27648 is on loan from Chichester to Worthing.
Previously unrecorded by us are Enviro 400s 19079/96 allocated to Andover and Tridents 18504/13 at Winchester.
Finally, the company no longer lists the following Dart SLFs as being part of the fleet and are presumed sold - 34417, 34519/31, 34608/30/34/37 and 34858

This has allowed Volvo B9R/Caetano Levante coaches 7105 (BF63 ZPV), 7106 (BF63 ZPW), 7108 (BF63 ZPZ), 7110 (BF63 ZRC) and 7111 (BF63 ZRY) to be taken out of service at Chester-le-Street. They are being used on Rail Replacement each weekend until 3 March 2020, with two stored and maintenance carried out at Deptford Depot during the week.
The company reports the following information from week ending 29thDecember 2019:
Repaints included Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka 6126 (GX03 SUY) into the 2019 fleet livery.
Which has also transferred from Saltmeadows to Riverside, in exchange for similar 6131 (YN04 GJE) which is now allocated to Saltmeadows.
Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 5230 (NK55 OLH), previously a float/reserve vehicle, now forms part of the main fleet allocation at Deptford, following the end of the Ferry Replacement contract which it was operating previously. This has displaced Optare Versa V1110/Optare 8299 (NK09 FUY) to Riverside.
The earlier transfer of Volvo B7TL/Plaxton President 6931 (LX54 GZV), paired with this week’s transfer of 8299 (NK09 FUY), has allowed for the withdrawal of Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 5220 (NK54 NVT) and 5225 (NK54 NVY) from Riverside which have both now been sold (see above).
Stagecoach East Midlands
Volvo B7TL/East Lancs Vyking 16910 was transferred from Skegness to Long Sutton (on loan) on January 4th 2020 with Volvo B7RLE 21213, which had been on loan at Long Sutton returning to Skegness.

Volvo B12B 54074, which had been regarded as a Reserve Fleet vehicle here for the Falcon service has been taken north to Stagecoach Highland’s Inverness depot.
Stagecoach South East
Now here from Stagecoach Yorkshire and allocated to Herne Bay for the M2 service is Volvo B9R 53716.
Three of the six (21363-68) Volvo B8RLEs with MCV eVoRa bodywork for Cambridge Busway work are currently undergoing eFan modifications in Birmingham with the remaining three due to arrive there by the end of next week. All three carry pale green livery but currently do not have registration plates fitted.
There also appears to be some confusion over the registrations of the 12 Enviro 400XLBs that have recently been delivered here. Whilst initially we had been told that the registrations would be allocated in sequence, we now understand that is not the case and that the following is expected to be the situation. However, none of the vehicles currently have fleet numbers applied.
We can also confirm that Scania/Enviro 400 15463 has indeed been repainted into corporate livery out of the green-based ‘Greener Smarter Travel’ scheme.
To clarify a number of queries, Enviro 400MMCs 11279 and 11280 are only on loan to this fleet and once the engineering resilience work is completed on the Volvo B11R coaches used on the X5 service they will be transferred to Stagecoach East Midlands.
Stagecoach South Wales

Former Volvo B10M training coaches 52398 and 52486 are understood to have been sold.
Another Trident transferred here is 18414 which came direct from Stagecoach Manchester where it had been on loan from Stagecoach East.
Stagecoach East Midlands
Dart SLF 34530 is in the Reserve Fleet at Scunthorpe whilst Trident 18348 is now allocated to Gainsborough.
The return to service of Tridents 18103/06/28/99 and 18322 at Northampton has allowed Enviro 200s 36164 and 37109/10/11/12 to be transferred to Nuneaton where they have ousted the remaining two MAN/Enviro 200s 39697/98 there along with Optare Solos 47075/76/77 which are all now for disposal.
Optare Solo 47413 has been sold and 47512 has been scrapped.
Stagecoach East Midlands
The transfer of Dart SLF 34426 to Scunthorpe is a replacement for 34458 which has been withdrawn and is being used for component recovery prior to disposal.
Back in service at Skegness after repair is Dart SLF 35132.
Volvo B7RLE 21248, which had been in the Reserve Fleet at Grimsby is being transferred to Scunthorpe, whilst Volvo B7TL 16916 is out of service at Scunthorpe for long term repairs and delicenced
Arrivals in this fleet are Enviro 400s 19194/96 and 19210 from Stagecoach North East. The company records them as being prepared for service and for Skegness. Could these vehicles be replacements for the non-standard Volvo B7TLs in this fleet? Further Enviro 400s from the Stagecoach North East are expected here.
New Enviro 400MMC 11278 at Mansfield is still devoid of fleet names but is regularly being used on the Pronto service. We believe that 11274-77, which we understand are in base Pronto colours and stored along with 11279 and 11280 which are in corporate livery and currently on loan to Stagecoach East at Bedford are all due to be part of the Mansfield allocation.
Trident 18326, which is at Stockport, is understood to be due for transfer to Wigan.
Two of the former Long Sutton Tridents have been transferred again. 18340 and 18341 are now at Mansfield and are the first of the former Long Sutton vehicles to be allocated here. Their allocation means that all Stagecoach East Midlands depots - including the Newark outstation - have now operated at least one of the former Stagecoach East Long Sutton vehicles.
Meanwhile, Dart SLF 34426 is being transferred to Scunthorpe.
