6Stagecoach West
Stagecoach West’s heritage Bristol VR 19950 (JOU 160P) is receiving a repaint into dark red and cream, representing the 1930s livery of the Cheltenham District Traction Company. This is very similar to the livery previously carried by this bus in 1989 when it belonged to the Cheltenham District fleet when commemorating the Diamond Jubilee of that Company. Stagecoach Manchester The first vehicle in this fleet to receive the new Stagecoach livery and branding is Enviro 400MMC 11259. Stagecoach East Midlands The planned transfer of Enviro 200s 36453/54/55 from Hull to Mansfield has been cancelled. However, we now understand that Dart SLFs 35147 and 35148 will now be transferred from the main fleet to the Reserve Fleet at Hull. Trident 18026 is expected to remain delicensed rather than being returned to service. First Eastern Counties The company has confirmed that its fleet of 19 Scania N250UD/Enviro 400City vehicles for the excel service from Peterborough to Norwich will enter service on February 16th. The new vehicles represent investment of £5.3 million into the route. The current blue livery has made way for an impactful red-based scheme designed by Best Impressions.
