Stagecoach North East
The last of the Volvo B10M training buses here, 20553, which had been for disposal has been sold to Alpha Recovery and was collected last week. Megabus/Joint Venture Operations Left Hand drive Volvo Altano coaches 55003/06/07 have been transferred to Redwoods Coaches of Hemyock in Devon. The company is shortly to start operating Megabus services under contract . East Yorkshire Now withdrawn and sold are Volvo B9Rs 76, 78 and 80 from the Coaching Fleet at Hull. It is believed that these have been sold to Procters Coaches of North Yorkshire. Stagecoach East A further Scania/Enviro 400 repainted in. the all-over Ocean Green livery is 15812. Stagecoach Manchester Enviro 400 19391 has been damaged by fire whilst parked up at Stockport depot yesterday. Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire We have been aware that the company has been considering applying ‘ageless’ cherished registration plates to some of its open top fleet and four vehicles have just been re-registered: 17489 has become VLT217 (ex LX51FMJ) 17490 has become TSV720 (ex LX51FMK) 17495 has become WIJ1545 (ex LX51FMU) 17692 has become WLT824 (ex X702JVV) The WLT824 ‘plates had latterly been on retention here, while the other three 'plates came from Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire. MAN/Enviro 300s 24118 and 24171 have been sold to T Wigley (dealer) and have been removed from Carlisle depot. Optare Versa 25304, which had been on loan here from Stagecoach London, remains at Carlisle although now no longer on loan. It is possible it will be put up for disposal from Carlisle rather than being returned to London. The repaint of Scania/Enviro 400 15698 into all over white, in preparation for its release in the new livery is progressing at Carlisle
