October 17th 2019 @ 12:15: Stagecoach UK Bus orders more Mercedes-Benz Sprinters and at Stagecoach East Midlands Marie Curie 'Daffodil'-liveried Scania/Enviro 400 being prepared for repaint

The only fleet change here in the last month has been the disposal of fire damaged Enviro 300 27511.
 
Stagecoach North Scotland
Stagecoach has split management of its North Scotland business back into two separate businesses – Stagecoach Highlands and Stagecoach Bluebird. These are the company names we will now use in Fleet Ramblings and also in our monthly allocation document.
 
Stagecoach Highlands
Volvo B12B 53103 has been transferred from the main fleet to the Reserve Fleet at Skye whilst at Inverness Volvo B7R 53338 is now in the main fleet displacing Volvo B12B 53104 to the Reserve Fleet. Also in the Reserve Fleet at Inverness is Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 59617 which had previously been for disposal.
Out of service at Inverness and reported as for long term repairs are Optare Solo SR electric vehicles 48901/02/04.
 
Stagecoach Bluebird
Enviro 300 27799 has transferred from Aberdeen to Macduff in exchange for Enviro 200 36066.
Following long term repairs Optare Solos 47486 and 47489 are now on the books at Buchan with 47214 moving to the Reserve Fleet there.
Taken out of service at Elgin for long term repairs are Enviro 200 36034 and 11.8m Enviro 200MMC 26131.

Stagecoach East Scotland
Currently allocated to St Andrews depot is Enviro 300 27599. It frequently is put to work on the 99 group of ‘Tayway’ services between St Andrews and Dundee. It joined the Stagecoach fleet through Stagecoach Manchester with the takeover there of the Bluebird business.
 
Stagecoach East Midlands
Currently at Great Northern terrace depot in Lincoln and being prepared for repaint is Scania/Enviro 400 15653. The repaint plan is not currently known but this vehicles was painted yellow and promoted the Marie Curie charity.

Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire
Scania/Enviro 400 15588 now carries a blue-based livery with a 'Better by bus/Climate change' message.

Stagecoach South West
We have recently received a photograph of open top Scania/Enviro 400 15665 which is now in the open top livery and carries ‘Big Beach Bus’ branding.

Stagecoach UK Bus
We understand that Stagecoach UK Bus has placed an order with EVM for six Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles. There is no official confirmation from the company on where these new vehicles will be used.

Go Ahead Group
Morebus
The company has taken five ADL Enviro 400MMC City vehicles (1673-77) for use on the 13 service between Wimborne and Bournemouth. 1675 (HF69CRZ) was used to launch the vehicles at an event in Wimborne last week.
