✤Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire
Volvo B12B 54076 is now allocated to Gillmoss, whilst also now at Gillmoss is Optare Solo 47081 which has transferred over from Birkenhead. Reserve Fleet Optare Solo 47622 is reported as allocated to Chester and it is understood that Mercedes-Benz Sprinter demonstrator 80035 is no longer part of this fleet.
Now for disposal here are Tridents 17491, 17839 and Volvo B10M training coach 52210. Reserve Fleet Trident 18372 is allocated to Birkenhead whilst 18359 is recorded by the company as remaining in the Reserve Fleet here.
 
✤Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
Now for disposal here are Volvo Olympians 16639/40 and Optare Solos 47020/24. Routemaster 12657 has now been transferred here from Stagecoach West and is at Kendal depot.

✤Stagecoach South Wales
Now for disposal here are Optare Tempos 25101/02 from Merthyr and 25103 which had been delicenced. Dart SLF 34752 has been strapped. Just two vehicles, Optare Solos, are in the operational Reserve Fleet - 47757 at Aberdare and 47293 at Cwmbran. Now allocated to Merthyr are Dart SLFs 34760 and 35198.
Vehicles for disposal here are Optare Tempos 25101/02/03 and Dart SLFs 34503/23, 34674 and 34749. Also out of use here and currently delicenced although regarded as in the Strategic Reserve Fleet are Dart SLFs 34490, 34504/08/22/29/55, 34664/69/70/72/76/78, 34748/54.
 
✤Stagecoach Megabus/Joint Venture Operations
Now at Cwmbran, from Cumbernauld is Volvo B11R 54211.
Cwmbran-allocated Van Hool Astromega 50238 has transferred from the Megabus operational fleet to driver training duties. This will allow the Van Hool Sleeper 50306, which had been on loan to Cwmbran for training duties, to return to Cumbernauld.
We also understand that Reserve Fleet Astromegas 50235/36/37/39/40/43 are being prepared for transfer from Cwmbran to Cumbernauld.

✤Stagecoach South East
There were a few changes to the planned fleet changes here with 34498 transferred from Folkestone to the Reserve Fleet (in place of the planned transfer of 34441 which remains in service at Folkestone). Trident 17587 remains in use at Herne Bay with 17538 being transferred to the Reserve Fleet in its place.
Volvo B9BTLs 16950/55 have been sold and sales have been agreed, or vehicles scrapped, for most of the remaining vehicles here awaiting disposal - Trident 17402, MAN/ALX300s 22009/54/57 and 22942-48, Dart SLFs 34399, 34433/35/78, 34539 and Optare Solos 47461/75.
Optare Solo 47112 has transferred from the Reserve Fleet to Folkestone with 47114 going from Folkestone to the Reserve Fleet.
At Eastbourne we understand that TransBus Enviro 300 27517 remains in service and has not yet been stood down for training bus conversion.
