The entry into service of new Enviro 400MMCs at Folkestone (10703-20) and Hastings (10701/02/21-23) has seen a cull of Tridents with 18 examples taken out of service for disposal at Hastings (17106, 17623/24/32/33/37/39/63); Dover (17628/36/56/57); Ashford (17631/35/89/90) and Thanet (17634/93). Enviro 200 36487 has been written off as a result of fire damage and its remains await disposal. It has been replaced at Hastings by Dart SLF 34482 which has returned to service after repairs. MAN/ALX300 22943 is transferred from Ashford to the Reserve Fleet. Folkestone-allocated Volvo B10M training vehicle 52614 is currently delicenced and has been replaced by Dart SLF 33176.
Tridents 18162 (from Folkestone) and 18164 (from Ashford) are now in the Reserve Fleet whilst 18172/73 have transferred from Folkestone to Thanet, with 17402 and 18292 transferring from Ashford to Hastings. Scania/Enviro 400s transferred from Folkestone are 15438-41 to Dover, 15442/43/75-79/81 to Ashford and 15482-84 to Hastings.
Stagecoach Manchester has recorded the transfer of Trident 18291 here as a loan.

Enviro 400 19555 (from Dunfermline) is currently on loan to Stagecoach Bluebird and is allocated to Aberdeen.
Stagecoach Bluebird…
Following repairs, Volvo B7Rs 53226 has been returned to service at Aberdeen, whilst 53247 has transferred in from Macduff. The loan of Enviro 400 19555 from Stagecoach East Scotland to Aberdeen has seen Volvo Olympian 16116 taken out of service for disposal. Peterhead Enviro 200 36959 is out of service for repairs, whilst the depot has received Optare Solo 47488 following completion of repairs. Now allocated to Elgin following completion of repairs is Volvo B9R 53632.

Stagecoach London…
Following the completion of fire damage repairs on Enviro 400 10194 it has returned to service at Bromley, but fire damaged Trident 17942 will not be repaired and is awaiting disposal. Also now for disposal here are Optare Versas 25306/07/08/09. Tridents 17748/97 have been scrapped and former training bus 17409 has been donated to a school.
