Go North East
Repaints last week included Wright Streetlite DF/Wright Streetlite Max Micro-Hybrid 5413  into the 2019 fleet livery and Optare Solo SR M890/Optare 645 into the 2020 Venture livery. The repainting of the “Venture” minibus fleet at Consett marks the 50th anniversary of the Northern General Transport Company’s acquisition of the Venture Transport business in May 1970 and coincides with the major upgrades being carried out in the Derwentside area.
The tour of the ‘Retrobus’ liveried Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 6050 continues. This week it has transferred to Consett Depot. Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 6161 has transferred to Washington as a result, assisting with the ongoing programme of Euro 6 Eminox conversions to the Volvo B9 fleet at Washington.
New vehicles here are ADL Enviro 400MMCs 6349  and 6350 (YX20OKJ/L), in the dark-green X-lines livery and Wright StreetDeck/Wright StreetDeck Micro-Hybrid 3 6356/59 (NK20ELV/EMJ), in the light-green X-lines livery.
Volvo B7TL/East Lancs Myllennium Vyking 3971/77 have been sold to Go East Anglia (Konect Bus).
Refurbishment of the former Oxford X90 Oxford-London Volvo B11RT/Plaxton elite I coaches, 72-78, is being undertaken at Hants & Dorset Trim at Eastleigh. Originally carrying registration marks X90LDN, X90OBC, X90OFD, X90OXD, X90SVC, OX15BUS and  OX15LON. The new registration marks are OW15WJX/WKA/WKB/WKC/WKD/WKE/WKF. Go North East fleet numbers await confirmation.

East Yorkshire
Six Mercedes-Benz Sprinter minibuses are due here for a North Lincolnshire ‘Just Go’ demand responsive service. They are being transferred from Go Ahead London where they were numbered MB3-8 and are currently being refurbished at Hants & Dorset Trim, Eastleigh. East Yorkshire fleet numbers to be confirmed.

Stagecoach East
Now back in service at Bedford is Volvo B11R/Plaxton elite 54309.
Enviro 200MMC 37431 returned to Bedford yesterday after maintenance attention at Peterborough and now being worked on by the engineers at Peterborough is 37434 - this is one of two of the type here that retains the former Norfolk Green ‘Coasthopper’ base livery despite being at Bedford depot for over two years now. Our picture shows 37434 in service in Bedford last year. The other vehicle to retain the green/blue ‘Coasthopper’ scheme is 37439.

Stagecoach West Scotland
On loan to Cumbernauld is Scania/Enviro 300 28666 whilst Enviro 36140 has been relicensed at Dumfries and has gone on loan to Kilmarnock.
