Enviro 400H 12184 from Stockport and Enviro 400 19516 from Hyde Road have been reported operating from Sharston.
Further to our recent report of Christmas messages on the destinations of buses with Stagecoach East, Chris Lowe has provided us with images showing a variety of Seasonal message formats currently on vehicles operated here.

Stagecoach East
Volvo B11R 54305 is believed to be the first of the batch to receive engineering resiliance work. The mods are being carried out by Stagecoach Midlands at Rugby depot.

Former Stagecoach London Megasightseeing open top Trident 18467 has had a sleigh makeover and seeing use as a Christmas Bus here.

Stagecoach East
The intensive driver training/familiarisation programme on the new Busway Volvo B8L/ADL E400XLBs is continuing at an intensive pace and at least one bus was out in Cambridge last Saturday. Observations suggest that the length of the vehicle is presenting challenges to some drivers when reversing or negotiating sharp left hand turns where it is not possible to move into the centre of the roadway before negotiating the turn.
Many vehicles here have had their destination equipment programmed to display a Seasonal message.
Tridents 18349, 18420 and 18422 were transferred over the weekend to Stagecoach West.

Stagecoach North East
It is confirmed that the new Mercedes-Benz minibuses delivered to Stockton depot for a new demand responsive contract are of type 516CDi. 44031-37 are registered WN69FYP, WR69ORS, WN69FNO/FUU/FYR/FYM/FYO.
MAN/ALX300 22018 is reinstated to the Reserve Fleet at Slatyford whilst similar 22019 is reported as being in use for apprentice training at Sunderland.
MAN/Enviro 300 24112 has moved from the Reserve Fleet to Slatyford whilst Enviro 300s 27508/09 are now allocated to Stockton and have ousted 27724/25 to Walkergate.
A Tweet from the MD at Stagecoach West has questioned whether the displaced Enviro 400s from this fleet are due there with 19194, 19210 and 19214 now out of service here and awaiting cascade within Stagecoach UK Bus.
MAN/ALX300s 22050/51 from the Reserve Fleet are now for disposal here with 22068/69 transferred from Slatyford to the Reserve Fleet with 22424/43 moving from Walkergate to Slatyford.
Dart SLF 34605 is this year’s Santa Bus hand has transferred to the Reserve Fleet at Slatyford.
MAN/Enviro 200 39724 has moved from the main fleet to the Reserve Fleet at Slatyford.
 
Stagecoach West
Optare Solo 47069 at Swindon has been withdrawn and is now for disposal with 47355 transferring from Cheltenham to Swindon as a replacement.
Transferred from Cheltenham to Gloucester are Enviro 200s 36388/90 and 37238, with Gloucester-allocated MAN/Enviro 300s 22846/49 being withdrawn from service and listed for disposal.
Withdrawn Enviro 200 36377 has been sold whilst Trident 18156 transferred here from Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire is in the Reserve Fleet and will be prepared for service at North Bristol.
We understand that Mercedes 411CDi 41980, which was taken over with the South Gloucestershire Bus & Coach fleet was disposed of without being operated.

Stagecoach South West
Look out for further Dart SLFs working in the Exeter area. 34607 and 34861 have been seen today.

East Yorkshire
Volvo B7RLEs with Wrightbus Eclipse Urban bodywork 338/40/41 have been transferred to Go Ahead London and moved south yesterday. 339 is to follow.

Stagecoach East Scotland
Volvo B11R 54075 has transferred from Arbroath to Aberhill, being replaced at Arbroath by 54203 which is on loan from the Rennies fleet. Volvo B5LH 13046 has returned to service at Arbroath following repairs and as a result Enviro 200 fm47, which had been on loan, has returned to Ferrymill Motors.
Volvo B12M 53035 is being prepared for use by the training school. It will replace MAN/ALX300 training vehicle 22367.
Optare Solo 47386, which had been for disposal here, has been scrapped.

Stagecoach North Scotland/Highlands
Tridents 18100/11 are reported as transferring to Stagecoach North Scotland/Bluebird at Aberdeen whilst 18068 is now for disposal at Inverness. Optare Solo 47570 has been scrapped with 47246 now at Inverness following repairs. Enviro 300 27536 is now in the Reserve Fleet following completion of repairs.
 
Stagecoach Megabus
Van Hool Alatano 55002 is out of service at North Bristol for Repairs whilst the company also reports that 55003/04/05 are now allocated to North Bristol but 55007/11 and Van Hool (ex Sleeper) 50308 are now in the Reserve Fleet.
 
Stagecoach East
New ADL Enviro 400MMCs 11279/80 entered service from Bedford yesterday. 
Withdrawn Trident 18419 has now been moved from Bedford to Ely.
 
Stagecoach Midlands
Transferred here from Stagecoach Yorkshire is East Lancs-bodied Scania 15411 which we understand will be used for component recover to allow repair work on 15402 to be completed.
 
Stagecoach Yorkshire
Vehicles delicenced are Enviro 400H 12904, Scania/Enviro 400 15826, MAN/Enviro 300 22539 and Optare Solo 47319. Returned to service here are Enviro 400 19104 (at Barnsley); MAN/Enviro 300 22643 (at Chesterfield) and 11.8m Enviro 200MMC 26030 at Rawmarsh.
A further Scania/Enviro 400 here from Stagecoach Oxfordshire is 15611.
Dart SLF 35113 is now for disposal (from Chesterfield) whilst also for disposal here is short Enviro 200 36072 (from Barnsley) and Optare Solo 47566 (from Ecclesfield). The Optare Solo at Ecclesfield has been replaced by 47654 recently transferred here from Stagecoach Midlands.
Dart SLF 35112 has transferred from Rawmarsh to Barnsley whilst 34582 and 34720 have been reinstated from the Reserve Fleet to the main fleet at Chesterfield.

Stagecoach Megabus/Joint Venture Operations
Volvo B11R 54211, in overall white livery has turned up with Stagecoach South West at Plymouth depot and we understand that it may be for use on the ‘Falcon’ service.
 
Stagecoach East Midlands
Scania/Enviro 400 15656 has lost its Keep Britain Tidy promotional livery on repaint and now carries corporate livery.
Scania/Enviro 400 15754 recently transferred here is to return to the Stagecoach Oxfordshire fleet in exchange for 15616.
We understand that Open Top Enviro 400 19169 'Rocky' has also had a repaint.
 
Stagecoach North Scotland/Bluebird
Enviro 300s 27109/10/11/12 have transferred from Insch to Aberdeen and have been replaced at Insch by MAN/Enviro 300s 22780/81/85/91 from the Strategic Reserve Fleet.
Further MAN/Enviro 300s transferred to the Strategic Reserve Fleet are 22869/70/71 from the Aberdeen along with 22865/66/67 which were in the Reserve Fleet at Aberdeen. 22865 is, however, undergoing long term repairs as is Volvo B9R 53610 from Aberdeen.
Now sold is Scania Omnilink 24004. This vehicle had been stored at Stagecoach Manchester’s Wigan depot following its loan last year to Reading Buses.

Stagecoach South
The entry into service of the new 11.8m Enviro 200MMCs, 26293-26325, at Basingstoke has resulted in a large number of vehicle re-allocations in this fleet. We understand that some of these are still to take place, particularly with removal from service of a number of Dart SLFs whilst other transfers will take place following completion of Rail Replacement works.
Enviro 300s transferred out from Basingstoke are 27563/64/65/66/67/68 ton Guildford, 27569/70 and 27648/49/51/52 along with 27836 to Chichester. 27828/29/30/31/32/35 have moved to Andover.
Dart SLFs on the move are 35117/18 from Andover to Portsmouth and 35260 from Andover to Winchester, whilst 34852/53/54/55/56/57 at Guildford are reported as sold to Ensign Bus. Dart SLFs 35120/21/27 along with 35210/11/12 are due to move into the Operational Reserve Fleet whilst we understand that 34417, 34519/21/31/46, 34608/20/30/33/34/37 are the Dart SLFs likely to be taken out of service. Dart SLF 34844 is no longer shown on company reports so is presumed sold.
Dart SLFs 33190/91 are currently in use as training vehicles with 33190 at Basingstoke and 33191 at Chichester.
Enviro 200 transfers here are 36022, 36436-39 and 36834-39 from Basingstoke to Guildford whilst 37270 is reported transferred from Chichester to Guildford. 36440 and 36833 at Basingstoke are now in the Reserve Fleet.
Also now in the Reserve Fleet at Chichester are Volvo B7TLs 16933/35, presumably replaced by new ADL Enviro 400MMCs 11272 and 11273.
 
Stagecoach South East
Now in the Reserve Fleet is Trident 17587 from Herne Bay along with Dart SLFs 34498 and 34646 along with Enviro 300 27578 from Eastbourne. However, 34493 from the Reserve Fleet is now allocated to Eastbourne.
Changes to the training fleet have seen Enviro 300 27516 move to Herne Bay from Eastbourne in exchange for Dart SLF 34657 whilst similar 34658 has been transferred from Dover to Folkestone. The remaining Dart SLF training bus conversions have now been completed with 34654 allocated to Dover and 34656/60 to Thanet. Now stood down from training duties is Volvo B10M coach 52130 at Hastings.
 
Stagecoach Manchester
Enviro 400 19400 has been transferred from Hyde Road to Ashton in exchange for 19400 whilst Trident 18372 has moved from Wigan to Sharston.

Stagecoach East Midlands
New ADL Enviro 400MMC 11278 has been reported as being in service from Mansfield depot. It carries the current corporate livery. We believe that 11274-77  are also due here but are stored pending delivery.
 
Stagecoach London
Enviro 400 10198 has been reinstated to service at Plumstead whilst similar 10199-10205 are now out of service awaiting return to the leasing company, whilst Enviro 400H 12342/45, which had been awaiting return to the leasing company, have returned to use at Bow.
Tridents sold are 17876, 18451 and 18463 to Lister PSV and 17981 to South East Bus Sales.
Enviro 400 19744 has transferred from West Ham to Plumstead whilst Enviro 200 36333 has been scrapped.
 
Stagecoach North East
Sold to Alpha Recovery is former Volvo B10M training bus 20841 whilst now delivered to Walkergate are ADL Enviro 400MMCs 11281-83.

Go North East
Repaints last week included Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka 6164 (YN54 AOP) and Scania CN230UB/Scania Omnicity 5272 (NK56 KKH) into the 2019 fleet livery, and Volvo B5TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 3 797 (BX14 SYT) into the generic grey/charcoal Xlines livery. This vehicle is now numbered 6335 within the Go North East fleet. 
There were no fleet movements last week, but the final V-reg Plaxton President bodied Volvo B7TL, 6033 (V233 LGC), has been sold. This one has been sold as a runner to A&A Coach Travel, Tockwith.
​Repaints during week ending December 1st 2019 included Optare Solo M890/Optare 632 (NK61 FEV) into Little Coasters livery. Float Optare Solo M890/Optare 635 (NK61 FJP) has transferred from Consett to Peterlee. 
Mercedes Citaro 0350N/Mercedes Citaro 5481 (HW07 CXR) has transferred from Riverside to Deptford, in exchange for Optare Versa V1110/Optare 8296 (NK09 FUU), as a continuation of the vehicle re-allocations last week to allow for the withdrawal of the five “Metrocentre Mini” branded Optare Solos. 
Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka 6137 (GX03 SVF) has transferred from Consett to Saltmeadows following the entry into service of ADL Trident 2/ADL Enviro 400MMC 6336 (YX64 VOO) at Consett, in order to allow former Brighton & Hove Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka 6165 (YN54 AOR) to be taken out of service from Saltmeadows. 
Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka 6163 (YN54 AOM) is now in service at Chester-le-Street, leading to the transfer of dual-door Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TL 6914 (LX06 EBU) from Chester-le-Street to Consett, then 6930 (LX54 GZU) to Riverside. This has displaced 6139 (GX03 SVJ) from Riverside to Saltmeadows, to enable the withdrawal of ex-East Yorkshire Volvo B7TL/Plaxton President 6937 (MF51 MBX). 
Scania L94UB/Wright Solar 5215 (NK54 NVL) has been sold to Davies Motors, Ruthin, while Mercedes Citaro 0350N/Mercedes Citaro 5319 (NK08 MZW) has been sold for scrap to Alpha Recovery, Weetslade. 

Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire
Now sold is Volvo B7R 53297, leaving just 53290 for disposal here at present.
Most of the Reserve Fleet here remains stored at Stagecoach Manchester’s Wigan depot.

Stagecoach West Scotland
Trident 18003 and Optare Solos 47506/07 have been written off/scrapped whilst a clear out of withdrawn vehicles here has seen MAN/Enviro 300s 22522/23/24/25/26/27/28/34/84/90 and 22854/56/59 sold.
Volvo B7R 53318 has transferred from Arran to Stranraer whilst Enviro 300 27514 from Dumfries and Optare Solo 47499 from Ardrossan are at Kilmarnock for repaint. Enviro 27512 has been moved from Stranraer to the  Reserve Fleet at Dumfries. 
Scania/Enviro 300 28659 has transferred from Ardrossan to Ayr in exchange for Enviro 200 36745 whilst other Scania/Enviro 300 exchanges have been 28661 from Ardrossan to Dumfries in exchange for 28666, and 28668 from Dumfries to Ayr in exchange for 28669.

Stagecoach East
A further Trident moved from Bedford to store at Ely is 18423, which was noted leaving Bedford depot earlier today.
Driver training continues using the new Volvo B8L/ADL Enviro 400XLBs with 13905 on training duties in the Peterborough area earlier today.

Stagecoach East
Two new ADL Enviro 400MMCs arrived at Bedford depot over the weekend. 11279/80 (SN69ZPF/G) are believed to be on loan here rather than a permanent allocation. They are short-term cover whilst the Volvo B11R X5 fleet receives engineering resilience work.

Stagecoach East Midlands
In another gripping Long Sutton instalment we can confirm that Hull City FC-liveried Enviro 400 19684 made its way back to Hull at the end of last week. We did manage to capture it on camera  in Spalding a few days before its transfer back to Hull.
We can also confirm that former Stagecoach Oxfordshire Gold-spec Scania/Enviro 400s 15619/20 and 15754 have all seen recent use from Hull, allowing other vehicles to go on loan to Lincoln during the City’s Christmas Fair. The Scanias are due for refresh and repaint prior to allocation to the Long Sutton fleet.

Stagecoach Midlands
The company reports the sale of Optare Solo 47407 to Ensign Bus with 47654 being transferred to Stagecoach Yorkshire, presumably for component recovery. Similar 47512 no longer features on company records so has presumably been sold.
Enviro 200 36163 is being transferred from Northampton to Rugby displacing Dart SLF 35184 to the Reserve Fleet there.
Accident damaged Enviro 200 36159 is now for disposal here.
Now officially shown as delicenced are Tridents 18103/06/28 from Northampton and 18403 from Leamington. 
MAN/Enviro 300s 22832-39 which are currently regarded as delicenced and 22840/41 in the Reserve Fleet at Northampton, are all now regarded as awaiting disposal although the transfer to the disposal fleet of 22840/41 may still to take place.
 
Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
Dart 34719 has been repainted and is in the green ‘Lakes’ version of the Stagecoach livery.
