It would appear that the two new Volvo B8RLEs with MCV bodywork for East Yorkshire Motor Services will wear Petuaria Express livery and branding and will be allocated to Elloughton depot where they will replace the two currently-branded Volvo B7RLEs 367/68.
Now in service with Stagecoach East at Fenstanton depot for Cambridgeshire Busway duties is Volvo B8RLE 21302, which means that six of the batch of ten (21301-06) are now in service.
Further withdrawals of the former Stagecoach Manchester East Lancs-bodied Tridents with Stagecoach East Midlands at Lincoln are 18281/82. They have been replaced by 17046 and 18045 from the Reserve Fleet at Lincoln.

Stagecoach Manchester’s Enviro 400 19237 arrived back at Sharston depot earlier today following its sojourn with Stagecoach East Scotland on Forth Road Bridge services.
News from the Stagecoach Bluebird and Stagecoach Highlands fleets is that 18446 has been allocated to Insch and 53339 to Thurso. 53233 moves from Buchan to Insch and 54032 from Burchan to Aberdeen with 54062 from Buchan to Inverness. 53262 moves from Stonehaven to the Reserve Fleet and 52227 is sold. Optare Solos 47233/35 and 47391 have moved from Inverness to Buchan. 54029-31/37 are being prepared for return at the end of the lease period.
A further Volvo B8RLE to enter service with Stagecoach East at Fenstanton is 21309.

Martin Townsend has advised that Stagecoach Oxfordshire transferred Optare Solo SE 47834 from Banbury to Oxford (not Witney as we had predicted) last weekend. Moving the other way was Optare Solo 47454. The remaining three Solo SRs 47831-33 are due to move to Witney and transfers are expected to take place this week. Route 500 branding has been removed from Enviro 200 36450.
News from Stagecoach East Scotland is the allocation of Reserve Fleet Volvo Olympian 16228 to Dundee to cover for Volvo B7TL 16932 which is undergoing refurbishment. Sister 16931 is back in use at Dundee following completion of refurbishment work. Dart SLF 33308 has transferred from Aberhill to the Reserve Fleet following completion of repairs on 35238. Trident 17444 has transferred from Welllwood to Aberhill and 18009 is now at Dundee having been transferred from St Andrews. 18123 has been withdrawn for disposal following fire damage. MAN/ALX300s 22368/72 are now allocated to Dundee. Heritage Fleet Leyland TD5 19977 is no longer part of the fleet following completion of the loan period.
Our friends at East Yorkshire Motor Services have advised that Dart SLFs 480 and 470 are being re-registered W152/53RCU. The W80EYM plate is being transferred to Volvo B9TL 720, whilst W70EYM will transfer to an ancillary vehicle. Now delivered in an indigo and primrose livery is MCV-bodied Volvo B8RLE 387 (BT65JGY).

A further two MAN/ALX300s made surplus at Stagecoach East have transferred to Stagecoach Manchester. It is understood that 22325 and 22326 were collected from Cambridge yesterday.
New arrivals at Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire are MAN/Enviro 300s 22885/88 which have transferred from Stagecoach East Scotland and are now in service at Morecambe. It is also understood that Optare Solo 47751 was moved from Manchester to Carlisle last Thursday.
Stagecoach London reports that Tridents 17789/98 and 17922 are now for disposal and 17819 is for scrap whilst 17808/09 have transferred from the service fleet at Leyton into the training fleet. Dart SLF 34389 is shown by the company as being transferred to Stagecoach South Wales.

A further Volvo B8RLE to enter service with Stagecoach East from Fenstanton on Busway duties is 21305.
Three Dart SLFs, 34789-91, were collected from Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire yesterday and transferred to Stagecoach South East. 34620 is expected to follow in early January.
Look out for further MAN/Enviro 300s transferring from Stagecoach East Scotland to Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire in the next few days - all will be allocated to Morecambe to allow replacement of MAN/ALX300s.

Stagecoach East Enviro 200 36011 has finally received its purple Cancer Research UK livery and was back at Peterborough this morning awaiting application of branding. It is understood that there is a Enviro 400 at Bedford paint shop which is also expected to move to Peterborough, details are still awaited.
Stagecoach South East has put MAN/ALX300 22009 back into service at Dover, where it has replaced Volvo B10M 20832 which is now awaiting disposal. Also out of service here following accident damage is Ashford’s Optare Solo 47665.
At Stagecoach Yorkshire Scania/Enviro 400s 15707/11 are back in service at Ecclesfield after modification work by GKN with 15709 now receiving modification work. MAN/ALX300 22089 from Ecclesfield is a further member of the type for conversion to a training vehicle. Conversion work on 22088 has been completed and it is now part of the training fleet at Barnsley. Four surplus Optare Solos here, 47283/86/88/93 have transferred to Stagecoach South Wales. The sole DAF SLF/Wright Commander in any Stagecoach fleet, 26127, has been sold to Go Coach Hire.
At Stagecoach North East a further Enviro 400 returned from loan to Stagecoach East Scotland is Slatyford’s 19151. In other changes MAN/ALX 22014 is transferred from the Reserve Fleet to Walkergate and 22210 is now for disposal.

Stagecoach Midlands has confirmed that transfer to Open Top Volvo Olympian 16527 to Stagecoach South, although the bus has not yet appeared on Stagecoach South records. Also leaving the Stagecoach Midlands fleet is Optare Solo 47411, which has been returned to Northamptonshire County Council. In other fleet changes Volvo Olympian 16459 is back in the Reserve Fleet at Corby following the return to service of Scania 15401. Also now in Reserve is Stratford’s Olympian 16174 following the completion of repairs on Trident 18102. Out of service at Northampton and in the Reserve Fleet is Dart SLF 34494 with Trident 17622 back in service at Kettering after repairs. Rugby’s 36210 and Kettering’s 15749 are out of service for repairs. Reserve Fleet MAN/Enviro 200 39693 is now in service at Nuneaton. Now for disposal are Open Top Olympian 16539 and MAN/ALX300 22921.
At Stagecoach East the company has confirmed that of the three remaining operational Optare Spectras 13986 is now for disposal with 13988/89 being placed into the Reserve Fleet following the transfer of Tridents 18343/44/45 to Kings Lynn. Also now for disposal here is Open Top Volvo Olympian 16541. It is understood that Volvo B10BLEs 21160/62/63/65/66 have been sold.

News from Stagecoach South is the withdrawal of Volvo Olympians 16748/97, which are now awaiting disposal. Reserve Fleet Volvo B10M 20937 has transferred to the training fleet and is now at Winchester. There have been several re-allocations of Dart SLFs with 34515 now at Aldershot, 34631 and 35258 at Basingstoke, 34633 and 35215 at Guildford, 34447 and 34448 at Portsmouth with 34445/53, 34514/16, 34632 and 35256/57 now in the Reserve Fleet. Enviro 300 27837 has transferred from Aldershot to Chichester in exchange for 27838, whilst Enviro 200s 36014/20 have transferred from Winchester to Aldershot. Volvo Olympian 16633 is back in service at Winchester, whilst 16756 has been sold to Ensign Bus and 16524 donated to Holmbush Primary Academy in Shorham-By-Sea. Trident 18084 has arrives from Stagecoach West as a replacement for 18377, which was rejected, and has been allocated to Aldershot. Volvo Olympian 16291 is on loan to Stagecoach South East and is reported to be in use at Hastings.

The entry of new ‘Stagecoach Gold’ Scania/Enviro 400s at Stagecoach South West (15250 Torquay and 15251-60 at Exmouth) has resulted in a cascade of vehicles that has seen newer Tridents allocated to Plymouth. Standard Scania/Enviro 400s 15660-69 have moved from Exmouth to Torquay which has seen tridents 17057/58 and 18067-72 move to Plymouth with 18073 transferring to Exeter. In turn this has seen 17289/90/94/97/99, 17329/30 and 17670 moving into the Reserve Fleet. In other changes Chard’s Dart SLF 34729 is now in the reserve fleet, being replaced by 34725 from Exeter, which in turn has been replaced by Enviro 200 37142 from Exmouth. Optare Solo 47535 is now in the Reserve Fleet (from Torquay) and Tridents 17702 (Torquay) and 17703 (Exeter) are now out of service for conversion to Open Top vehicles. Finally, it is understood that Dart SLFs 33201/02, 34068/77/92/95 and Mercedes 709D 40553 have been sold.

Stagecoach Midlands has received Scania/Enviro 400 15454 back from its sojourn on loan to Stagecoach East Scotland and it is back in service at Northampton.
Further Morecambe-allocated MAN/ALX300s taken out of service by Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire are 22818/23, whilst Optare Solo 47356 is expected here from Stagecoach West Scotland.
Latest Fleet information from Stagecoach West Scotland suggests that 40630, 50308 and 54044 have returned from loan with Stagecoach East Scotland but that Enviro 300 27228 and Volvo B13B 54108 have joined the other vehicles on loan. (An updated Supplement can be download below).
Stagecoach West Scotland has put MAN/ALX300 22390 back into service at Ayr, from the Reserve Fleet. Optare Solo 47359 moves from the Reserve Fleet to Stranraer with 47760 from the Reserve Fleet to Glasgow and 47759 from Kilmarnock to Glasgow.
At Stagecoach West, Volvo B10M training vehicle 52446 has moved from Gloucester to Swindon. Reserve Fleet Volvo Olympians 16099 and 16496 are now in the Races Reserve fleet. Dart SLFs 33961/66/73/80 have been sold and are no longer part of this fleet.

The other two Optare Solos due to transfer on loan from Stagecoach Manchester to Stagecoach Cumbria & South Lancashire are 47001 and 47751, which are expected to move next weekend. Other reported fleet changes from Stagecoach Manchester are Volvo B7TL 16949 reinstated to Middleton from the Reserve Fleet. Of the Tridents returned here from Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire after a period on loan there, 17202 has been allocated to Sharston whilst 17452/99 and 17500 have gone into the Reserve Fleet. Enviro 400 19086 moves from Hyde Road to Ashton whilst 19166/67 are back in service in the Magicbus fleet at Sharston. The four MAN/ALX300s received recently from Stagecoach East, 22321-24 are in the Reserve Fleet. Optare Solo 47559 moves from the Reserve Fleet to Ashton where it replaced 47618 now a Reserve vehicle. Sold to PVS are MAN/ALX300s 22234/42/43 and 22819.
Stagecoach Manchester is showing Enviro 19082 as being in service from Stockport which suggests that transfer to Stagecoach East reported by the company last month has been cancelled.

Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire has taken driver training MAN/ALX300 22116 out of use and it now awaits disposal, as a result recently withdrawn 22823 will now be converted for training use. Former Stagecoach Midlands Optare Solo 47011 is now allocated to West Cumbria whilst it is understood that repairs to 47005 will not now take place and although the vehicle is still regarded by the company as awaiting repairs it will almost certainly be withdrawn for disposal.

Stagecoach Manchester is the latest operating company to receive vehicles back after a short period on loan to Stagecoach East Scotland for Forth Road Bridge Closure Contingency work. 19225 and 19233 are now back in Manchester.
Only one Optare Solo, 47473, rather than the three that were expected, was transferred on loan from Stagecoach Manchester to Stagecoach Cumbria & South Lancashire over the last weekend.
At Stagecoach Oxfordshire we hear that two-way radios are being fitted this week to Banbury’s Optare Solo SRs 47831/32/33/34 in preparation for their transfer to Witney. They will be replaced at Banbury with standard Optare Solos and expect 47454 and 47658 to appear at Banbury as replacements for two of them.

Former ADL Enviro 400MMC demonstrator YY64GWX arrived with East Yorkshire Motor Services on December 12th 2015. It has been bought by EYMS and has been allocated fleet number 795.

Further news from Stagecoach Manchester is that Trident 17671 has lost its ‘magicbus’ colours in favour of corporate livery. This is one of the vehicles that is on the cascade list for transfer to Stagecoach South East.

Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire was able to move back into Willowholme depot in Carlisle last Friday evening. The depot had been flooded in the storms that hit Cumbria just over a week ago. However, only parking for buses is available as the maintenance facilities at the depot are still out of use. We understand that the three Optare Solos due at Carlisle on loan from Stagecoach Manchester were due to arrive yesterday.
Some of the vehicles which moved on loan to Stagecoach East Scotland for Forth Road Bridge Closure Contingency work have been returned to their respective operating companies. Scania/Enviro 400 15446 is reported back in service at Northampton with Stagecoach Midlands, whilst Trident/Enviro 400 is back with Stagecoach North East.

News from Stagecoach South Wales confirms that following the allocation of new ‘Stagecoach Gold’ Enviro 300s (27273-87) to Cwmbran, standard versions ousted are 27690/91 to Blackwood, 27689/92/94/95/96 and 27700 to Merthyr with 27687/88/93/97-99 being placed into the Reserve Fleet at Blackwood. Optare Solo 47350 has moved from Merthyr to Cwmbran with Dart SLF 34749 transferring from Cwmbran to Blackwood where Dart SLFs 34663/78 and 34746 are also now on the allocation. Volvo B10BLE is also recorded by the company as transferring from Cwmbran to Blackwood. At Caerphilly, the Staff Shuttle is now 34664 whilst Blackwood’s Shuttle 34135 is now for disposal and has been replaced by MAN/East Lancs 39620. MAN/MCV 39618 is now for disposal along with former Blackwood-allocated 20967. Reported as sold for preservation is Volvo B10M 20685.

Of the three Tridents transferred from Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire to Stagecoach Midlands 18158/59 are working from Northampton, whilst there is a suggestion that 18157 has been allocated to Leamington.
At East Yorkshire Motor Services former Wright Gemini 3/Volvo B5TL demonstrator BX14SYT has arrives and has been given fleet number 797. It is in all over white livery and will receive fleet livery before entering services. Also look out for VE Day Poppy-liveried Volvo B7TL 592 moving from Bridlington to Elloughton in the near future in exchange for 672.

Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire has confirmed that Tridents 18157/58/59 are due to be cascaded to Stagecoach Midlands, whilst the four Dart SLFs due to transfer to Stagecoach South East are 34620 and 34789-91. Trident 17283 has been transferred to Stagecoach Manchester, with 17202, 17452, 17499 and 17500 also returning to Manchester after a period on loan. The entry into service of Stagecoach Gold Scania/Enviro 400s 15226-49 at Preston and ADL Enviro 300s 27288-300 at Gillmoss have seen a number of internal transfers with Tridents 17745, 18147/52/56 now at Birkenhead with 17111/13, 17491 and 17839 now at Gillmoss. Also at Gillmoss are Enviro 400s 19034/37-45. Sold are Volvo B10M 20794 and Volvo B10BLE 21117. Now in the Reserve Fleet are Tridents 17201 and 17272 along with Dart SLFs 34743/81.
