The two Stagecoach South Volvo Olympians, in South West Trains livery - 16502 and 16787 - have returned to Winchester following a period on loan to Norfolk Green.
Andy’s Bus Blog reports that the first former Stagecoach South Enviro 300, 27642, has arrived with Norfolk Green. Five more are expected and they are due to oust the remaining five Agoraline saloons in the Norfolk Green fleet, which will be withdrawn. Also reported is the receipt of further Optare Solos - 47243/45 - from Stagecoach South.
Norfolk Green also advises that Optare Solos 47881 and 47884 are due to leave King’s Lynn for the Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire fleet today. Similar 47883 is expected to be stood down from service soon and is also earmarked to head to Cumbria. Further Optare Solos received from Stagecoach South are 47243 and 47245
Stagecoach East advises that its new Enviro 200 saloons at Cambridge (37210-15) and Peterborough (37216-35) are due to enter service on Sunday November 2nd.  At Peterborough short Darts 34141/60 will be withdrawn and Smartcard advert Dart 33305 will return to the Reserve Fleet. The current fleet of Dart SLFs at Peterborough 34532-49 will move to Fenstanton and Bedford where they will displace older Dart SLFs. It some of the displaced Fenstanton and Bedford Darts that will move to Stagecoach South East and not the current Peterborough ones. The current five Enviro 200s at Cambridge - 36041-45 - will move to Bedford. Full details of the cascade plan should be available next week.
Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire has repainted Volvo Olympian 16795, which was in all blue livery, into corporate livery. Five ex London Tridents were received last week, although not all were expected. The vehicles at Carlisle are 17196/97/98/99 and 17212. This updates the planned allocation of ex London Tridents to this fleet.
At Stagecoach Midlands it is reported that an additional, single, Scania N230UD/Enviro 400 to ‘Gold’ specification is 15196 (YN64AOG) due to be allocated to Northampton depot for the X46/X47 route.
Stagecoach North East received further Enviro 300s last week – 27172/73/74 (SN64OJX/Y/Z). 27172/74 have blue-based ‘Zone Out’ branding, whilst 27173 has green-based ‘O Zone’ branding.

Stagecoach Yorkshire has received two batches of new vehicles at its’ Chesterfield depot . ADL E20D/Enviro 200s 37181-86 (YY64GSO/U/V/Z, GTZ, GUA) will replace Optare Solos on services 80 and 84,whilst also received are Scania N230UD/Enviro 400s 15191-95 (YY64AOA/B/D/E/F) which are part of a batch for service on the X17 route which links Chesterfield and Matlock.
Stagecoach South East will put its ‘Gold  specification’ Scania N230UD/Enviro 400s into service on route 16 Canterbury-Folkestone-Hythe on November 2nd.

Stagecoach West's Scania N230UD/Enviro 400 15979 has received an advertising wrap for Gloucestershire University.
New Enviro 300 27171 (SN64OJW), was delivered to Stagecoach North East on Tuesday 21 October 2014 & wears the Blue based Zone Out version of “The Zone” Branding. 24110 has been despatched to Sunderland for Megarider de-branding & full repaint into corporate Fleet Livery, following the completion of 24107.

Stagecoach South has re-registered Enviro 200 36024 to GX07HUK. The cherished mark YEL4T has been transferred to Norfolk Green for use on a company car.
A further Enviro 300 delivered to Stagecoach North East is 27170 (SN64OJV) which carries blue 'Zone Out' branding.

MAN/ALX300 22260 has been sold by Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire and removed for scrap.
Stagecoach Midlands has returned Dart SLFs 34491 and 34585 to service at Rugby and Northampton, whilst also back in service are Optare Solos 47124 at Northampton, 47128 at Stratford and 47402 at Corby. Received back from Norfolk Green is Volvo Olympian 16162, which is now delicensed pending engine repairs. An interesting development here is the fact that vintage Volvo Olympian 16684 is not listed for disposal, but is officially shown by the company as delicenced for axle repairs.
A further new Enviro 300 for Stagecoach North East at Stockton is 27169 (SN64OJU), which also has the orange-based Time Zone branding.
Stagecoach East Scotland has sold several Volvo Olympians - 16057/77, 16230/32, 16324, 16658, which is shows as to JMB Travel, Wishaw. The company also lists several vehicles for re-allocation within Stagecoach. These are MAN/ALX300 22374-78 and Dennis Tridents 17127/96-99, 17212. Four of the Tridents 17127/96-98 have been allocated to Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire.
Stagecoach London is showing Trident 17571 for disposal following component recovery at Norfolk Green.
East Yorkshire Motor Services has sold two more Optare Excels - 287 and 292. It has also transferred it’s two Wright Cadet-bodied Volvo Merits - 244 and 245 -  from Hull to Hornsea, where they have displaced Volvo B7TL double decks 708 and 709 to Hull. 244 was repainted before transfer. Further transfers have seen B7RLE 370 transferred from Beverley to Hull in exchange for Dart MPD 493.
Stagecoach West has transferred MAN 22620 to Gloucester from Swindon. The company has now concentrated all its MAN saloons at Gloucester depot.

It’s been a busy few days as we have received company confirmation of recent fleet changes.
Stagecoach North East has received three more new Enviro 300s for Stockton, 27166-8 (SN64OJR/S/T)  are also the first of the batch to carry Stockton Zone branding (all carry the orange ‘Time Zone’ branding).
At Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire MAN/ALX300 ‘Bike Buses’ 22121/41 have been placed into the Reserve fleet at Morecambe after their summer duties on service 800. Volvo Olympian 16670 has returned to service at Morecambe, whilst Volvo B10B 21007 is back in service at Kendal. Volvo B10M 20918 and MAN/ALX300 22104 have been sold. MAN/ALX300 22495 has been withdrawn from service at Morecambe and is for disposal. Due here are four Dennis Tridents, latterly in use in Scotland - 17127 and 17196/97/98.
Stagecoach East has had a clear out of its ‘withdrawn’ stock with Volvo Olympians 16217/21/81, Open Top Volvo Olympians 16528/42/43/44 and Dart SLFs 33461 and 33806 sold to A H Hardwick. The only vehicles now awaiting disposal are Volvo Olympians 16224/25.
There are suggestions that Stagecoach Midlands may be looking at putting Volvo Olympian 16684 back into service at Corby.
Stagecoach Yorkshire has transferred MAN/ALX300 from Holbrook to Barnsley.
Stagecoach South East has received ten new Scania/Enviro 400s - 15180/81/83/84 (YN64AKF/G/K/O) are in store at Eastbourne depot and 15182/85-89 are in store at Scania Lewes pending service launch. Volvo Olympian 16592, which was recently received from Stagecoach East, has been withdrawn and awaits disposal following discovery of chassis corrosion. An internal transfer is Dart SLF 33365 from Herne Bay to Eastbourne.
Stagecoach South West has allocated Dart SLF 34399 to Torquay/Paignton ex Reserve Fleet. Fire damaged Scania/Enviro 400 has been ‘written off’ and is awaiting disposal.
Stagecoach Manchester has returned DAF Spectras 13995/96 to service at Sharston.
Stagecoach South has acquired Volvo Olympian 16865 from Stagecoach North Scotland for spares. Enviro 200 36024 has been re-registered from YEL4T to GX07HUK. Optare Solo 47245 is expected to transfer to Norfolk Green shortly. Ex London Trident 17425 is in store at Wigan pending single door conversion whilst four Dennis Tridents have been listed for disposal - 17448 is at Chesterfield and 17449, 17459/91 at Rennies (Welwood).
Norfolk Green has put its Dennis Tridents 17786/87 into service.
First is clebrating 100 years of the 144 Birmingham-Worcester and Great Malvern route with the painting of two buses in historic Midland Red liveries. Trident 33404 carries a 1930s-style lined livery carried on REDD and FEDD buses, whilst Enviro 300 67664 is in the simpler livery adopted by Midland Red in the years before the application of National Bus Company identity and poppy red livery.

Six Tridents are reported to have been transferred by Stagecoach East Midlands from Grimsby to Hull. The movement of 18316/17/19/21 and 18391/92 is expected to be a short-term loan to cater for an increased vehicle requirement during the annual Hull Fair.
Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire has pit its new ADL Enviro 300 saloons into service at Gilmoss, but is showing 27147 as having accident damage. Several Pointer-bodied Dart SLFs are in Reserve here - 34598/99, 34601/02/03 at Chester and 34579, 34604/17/18/19. Additionally 34600 has fire damage. Three MAN/ALX300s also in the Reserve Fleet are 22807 at Gilmoss and 22253/56 at Chorley.
Andy’s Bus Blog reports that three ex-London Dennis Tridents have arrived with Norfolk Green following single door conversion and repaint. 17786/87 were expected, but it is also reported that 17741 (LY52ZDZ) has arrived here.
Stagecoach Oxfordshire MAN/Enviro 300 is back in service at Oxford, with 22771 now back in the Reserve Fleet. Also in Reserve is Optare Solo 47239. New Scania/Enviro 400s 15994/95/96 are back at Oxford following use on Ryder Cup duties but have been stored pending service changes.
Stagecoach South Wales has taken MAN/East Lancs 39607/08/09/20 and MAN/MCV 39618/19 out of service and placed them in the Reserve Fleet. Dart SLF 33088 has been sold, whilst Optare Solo 47627 is another example due to transfer to Stagecoach West Scotland. Following delivery of new Enviro 200 saloons to Caerphilly, Pointer-bodied Dart SLFs 35201-08 have transferred to Blackwood. 
News reaches us that Stagecoach East, Cambridge-based, Enviro 400 19164 carries 'Living Sport' branding.
Stagecoach North East's MAN/Enviro 300 27734 is another example to lose 'Bus to Beach' branding.

Delivery of ADL E20D/Enviro 200s is now taking place from both the Scarborough and Falkirk production facilities. Those for Stagecoach East Midlands at Grimsby are due from Scarborough, whilst those for Stagecoach East are coming from Falkirk.
The first six new E200s for Stagecoach East at Cambridge 37205-10 were delivered last week to Cowley Road depot and carry registrations SN64OKH/J/K/L/M/O. They will be used on the Uni4 service and the older E200s they replace are expected to be transferred to Fenstanton depot where they will replace older Dart SLFs with Pointer bodywork.
The repainting of Stagecoach West MAN/Enviro 300 22847 means that no vehicles in the fleet now carry Gloucester Citi branding, whilst our regular correspondents Dave Russell and Deric Pemberton report that Solo 47122 has lost its service 37 branding. Also reported is a further reduction in the Reserve Fleet held for Cheltenham races - Volvo Olympian 16127 has been withdrawn and is now awaiting disposal. As was expected former Stagecoach South Wales Optare Versa 25217 has been allocated to Ross on Wye depot, replacing Dart SLF 33980 which has moved to Gloucester. Just one MAN/Enviro 300 remains at Swindon - 22620.
With effect from October 13th all Stagecoach West vehicles are operating on the Cheltenham & Gloucester Omnibus Company Limited licence. The Cheltenham District and Swindon & District licences have been surrendered.
Stagecoach Midlands also surrendered the United Counties Omnibus Company Limited licence on 13th October with all buses at Northampton, Kettering and Corby now operating on the Midland Red (South) Limited licence.
Stagecoach Midlands is also transferring an additional Trident, advised as 18403, to Corby depot where it will be allocated along with 18128 to the 23/24 Peterborough-Corby services, effectively eliminating Volvo Olympian operation on the route from Corby depot. Kettering also provides a vehicle for the route which is expected to continue to periodically use Volvo Olympians.
Stagecoach North East has now taken delivery of Enviro 300 27164 (SN64OJO).

Stagecoach East Midlands has taken a 'scrap' MAN/ALX300from the Stagecoach Midlands fleet. 22459 (S459OFT) was moved to Hull for component recovery and it is now for disposal.
Stagecoach East Midlands now has seven Optare Excels at it Hull depot which are being prepared for service - 35007/08/10/11/13/14/15, whilst at Grimsby the arrival and entry into service of new Scania/Enviro 400s has seen a cascade which has resulted in the remaining Volvo Olympians being taken out of front line servic and put into the reserve fleet - 16131/33/48, 16582, 16880, all now in the Reserve Fleet. Enviro 300 27880/81/82 are back in service at Hull and in use on the Hull Park&Ride service. Lincoln's training vehicle, Volvo B10M coach 52145, has been withdrawn and is for disposal wilst Lincoln no longer has any ADL Trident2/Enviro 400s on its books following the transfer of 19074 and 19127 to Grimsby.
Other changes at Stagecoach East Midlands has seen Volvo Olympian 16136 return to service at Worksop, with similar 16455 transferring from Worksop to Lincoln. Tridents 18035/38 have also transferred from Worksop to Lincoln with Dart SLFs 33436/39 and 33947 moving from Lincoln to Worksop. Similar 33406 is for disposal. Buses sold in the last month and no longer part of the fleet are Dart SLFs 33114/52, MAN/ALX300 22127, MAN Midi 39601-06, Optare Excel 35012, Volvo Olympian 16584 and Volvo B7TL 16900.
Richard Smiles reports that additional Enviro 300s delivered to Stagecoach North East at Stockton are 27164/65 (SN64OJO/P) and that 27157 was also used in service yesterday.
Further ADL trident 2/Enviro 400s for Stagecoach South, following use on Supertram replacement work with Stagecoach Yorkshire are 19071/78/81/90/97. The company has confirmed that the two MAN/ALX300s - 22105/29 - transferred from Stagecoach Manchester for emergency Supertrain replacement work were not used and have been placed into the reserve fleet.
Recent arrivals reported at Bus & Coach World for single door conversion and repaint are ex Stagecoach London Tridents 17740 (for Stagecoach South) and 17742/43 (for Norfolk Green).

Two more Enviro 300s delivered to Stagecoach North East at Stockton are 27162/63 (SN64OJL/M) and Richard Smiles reports that 27160 has become the first of the batch to enter service this lunchtime.
Stagecoach East continues to operate the former Cavalier Dart 33305, which carries Stagecoach SmartCard livery, from its' Peterborough depot.
News from East Yorkshire Motor Services is that it has put its' Whilltles business up for sale. The subsidary operates 17 coaches and 18 single deck buses, and has a further two Dart SLFs awaiting disposal. The company has also put a large number of its delicenced fleet up for disposal. Also up for disposal are the four Dennis Tridents that were transferred across from the Finglands fleet - 638, 639, 640 and 641.
The Trident 2/Enviro 400s that have spent the summer with Stagecoach Yorkshire on Sheffield Supertram replacement work, and latterly on Ryder Cup duties, are now being cascaded to other fleets. 19065 has gone to Stagecoach South West at Exeter, whilst Stagecoach South is taking 19055/63/69/77/79/96/99. Most were delivered to Winchester but it is understood that at least two went direct to Portsmouth.
