The company has confirmed that Volvo B7TL/East Lancs Vyking 16931-35 are being transferred here from Stagecoach East Scotland.
 
✤Stagecoach South East
Wright Eclipse Gemini-bodied Volvo B9TLs 16950/55 transferred here from Stagecoach East Scotland have arrived at Herne Bay depot today.

Former Yorkshire Traction Volvo B7TL/East Lancs Vyking double decks
✤Stagecoach East Midlands
The number of former Traction Group/RoadCar buses remaining in service with Stagecoach east Midlands has reduced considerably in recent years as investment has been made in both new and mid-life buses.
One of the vehicle types which Stagecoach East Midlands inherited from RoadCar are five batches of East Lancs Vyking-bodied Volvo B7TLs. Eighteen examples remain in service here with a recent fleet rationalisation seeing 14 of the type being based at Skegness (16902/04/05/06/07/08/09/10/11/12/13/14/15/19) with the remaining four at Scunthorpe (16916/17/18/20). Liveries carried include both versions of the InterConnect colours (with purple/gold or purple/lilac colours) as well as standard Stagecoach livery. Application of Stagecoach logos varies and 16911, which has the new-style InterConnect livery but without branding has somehow managed to gain white Stagecoach logos on an off-white back colour - not an ideal combination!
16910 carries standard Stagecoach livery but also carries ‘easyAccess’ and ‘BuggyBus’ logos either side of its destination display. Currently 16906 is awaiting a replacement electronic destination unit and is operating with route numbers on a paper display in the windscreen.

✤Stagecoach Yorkshire
Open Top Roe-bodied Leyland Fleetline FE30AGR 15513 (MBE613R), which was part of the Stagecoach UK Bus Heritage Fleet, has been sold to a private buyer for ongoing preservation. It was collected from Chesterfield depot last week.

✤Stagecoach East Midlands
Former Stagecoach East Enviro 400 19308 entered service from Lincoln depot following centre door removal on August 24th. Dart SLF 34459 is a further example in this fleet to have its window pillars painted black upon repaint. It now joins 34465.

✤Stagecoach West
Branding for Gloucester’s service 8 has been removed from Scania/Enviro 300 22621.
 
✤Thamesdown Transport
Dart SPD 215 and Trident/Plaxton President 364 have been withdrawn from service.

✤Stagecoach Megabus UK Operations
Following the transfer to the Megabus Reserve Fleet of Volvo B12B 54077 at Rugby, similar 54079 has transferred from the Rugby-based Joint Venture fleet to the Megabus UK fleet.

✤Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
We are now able to report that the first Volvo Olympian to receive ‘schoolrunner’ livery and branding, 16793, was completed yesterday when the fleet names were applied.
 
✤Stagecoach Megabus/Joint Venture operations
Volvo B12B 54077 has been stood down from the main fleet at Rugby and is now in Reserve, whilst at Cumbernauld Van Hool Sleeper 50312 is also now in the Reserve Fleet. Stagecoach Highlands has reported Volvo B7R 53332 as transferred to Aviemore so we are seeking confirmation whether it is in fact still regarded as part of the Joint Venture fleet there.
 
✤Stagecoach East Scotland
There have been a large number of vehicle movements reported here in the last month. A summary of the main ones are:

Other changes have seen Volvo B7TL 16936 allocated to St Andrews, Enviro 300s 27524/52 and Dart SLF 34587 to Dunfermline. Glenrothes has received Enviro 400s 19312/15/16 along with Enviro 300s 27128/37/40 and Optare Solo 47240. Perth now has Enviro 400s 19156 and 19551 on its books. A temporary increase in requirement has seen 16951/53/54/55/56/57/58 allocated to Rennies. Scania/Enviro 15621 from St Andrews is out of service for repairs. Additions to the Reserve Fleet are Dart SLFs 34603 (Perth) and 34737 (St Andrews) along with Optare Solos 47229 (Aberhill) and 47386 (Glenrothes).
Volvo B9TL 16952 is reported here as being prepared for transfer to Stagecoach East Midlands.
Optare Solo 47051 and Volvo B7TL 16927 are reported as sold to SD Travel, Volvo B7TL 16924 to Geddes Group and Dart SLFs 34694 along with 34735/36 to JMB Travel.

✤Stagecoach South West
The provisional transfer of Trident 18114 to Stagecoach East Scotland has been cancelled and it, along with 18115, from Plymouth, are now in the Reserve Fleet pending an increase in vehicle requirement for a new contract. However, 18115 currently has been operating from Exeter. Reserve Fleet Scania/Enviro 400 15893 is now allocated to Barnstaple releasing 15898 for transfer to Exeter. Reserve Fleet Trident 18079 is now allocated to Plymouth with 18070 moving from Plymouth to Reserve. Dart SLF 33865 which had been recorded by the company as on loan to Exeter is now shown back in the Reserve Fleet.
 
✤Stagecoach North East
Withdrawn MAN/ALX300s 22013/47 were transferred to Stagecoach Highlands yesterday. It is understood they are for use on emergency tenders.
 
✤Stagecoach Bluebird
Just one vehicle is now in the Reserve Fleet here, Optare Solo 47214 which is at Peterhead and had previously been listed for disposal. The other vehicles that were in the Reserve Fleet are now back in the main fleet with MAN/Enviro 300 22799 at Aberdeen with Optare Solo 47585 and Dart SLF 34726 at Peterhead.
Volvo B7R 53220 is transferred from Stagecoach Highlands at Aviemore to Stonehaven whilst Volvo B10Ms 52362 and 52408 are shown by the company as transferring to Stagecoach Highlands at Skye.
Enviro 400 19373 has transferred from Peterhead to Macduff. Volvo B11 54252 is back at Peterhead after modifications with work mow taking place on 54249. Volvo B7R 53274 is now for disposal here.

✤Stagecoach West Scotland
Four of the five Volvo B9R coaches transferred here from Stagecoach South East (53710-13) are at Bus & Coach World for repaint. The fifth vehicle, 53709, is in the Reserve Fleet at Stranraer.
 
✤Stagecoach West
Now allocated to Swindon are Trident 18447 and Dart SLF 34806. There are now no MAN/Enviro 300s allocated here. Now on the books at Stroud are Optare Solos 47551 and 47553. The three MAN/Enviro 300s ousted from Swindon, 28682/85/87 are now allocated to Cheltenham. Gloucester has gained MAN/ALX300 22377 and Dart SLFs 34511/61/88/90 whilst at Ross on Wye depot are Dart SLFs 34784/85/87/88.
The Reserve Fleet currently consists of 25 vehicles pending a further phase of vehicle changes in preparation for the launch of the North Bristol operation. The Reserve Fleet is currently officially allocated as follows:
Gloucester 18085, 17722/28/29, 22378, 25205/16 /29/30/32, 36385, 37011/12/13                       
Stroud 22744, 34805

The latest company information omits any reference to MAN/ALX300 training bus 22052, Optare Versa 25206, Dart SLF 34585 and Optare Solo 47358 which suggests that they may have been sold.
 
✤Stagecoach Midlands
Reserve Fleet Trident 18127 has returned to the main fleet at Northampton, displacing 18150 into Reserve. MAN/Enviro 200 39699 which has been in Reserve at Northampton has transferred to Nuneaton with 39698 now in Reserve at Nuneaton. Reserve Fleet Optare Solo 47402 has temporarily returned to the main fleet at Kettering. At Rugby Trident 18198 is now in the Reserve Fleet with 17493 now delicenced.
Withdrawn Optare Solo 47406 is reported as having passed to Stagecoach West, presumably as a source of spares.
 
✤Stagecoach East
The four ex Stagecoach Manchester (originally Stagecoach London) Tridents used on the Skanska contract at Cambridge - 17452/84, 17500/04 - are now in the Reserve Fleet as are MAN/ALX300s 22058/59 and 22332. Reserve Fleet vehicles now in the main Cambridge fleet are Tridents 18335/36/37 and Scania/Enviro 400s 15456/57/58/59.
At King’s Lynn Trident 18280 is back in the main fleet as is Optare Tempo 25124. The Tempo had been withdrawn for disposal. Vehicles taken out of main fleet use at King’s Lynn and now in Reserve are Tridents 17605/06 and 17741/43 along with Slimline Optare Solos 47234/45 and 47306.
 
✤Stagecoach North East
Now for disposal here are MAN/ALX300s 22020/40/47 whilst now in the Reserve Fleet for Hartlepool are Dart SLFs 35162/63/72 along with MAN/Enviro 200 39657. MAN 22510 is now in service at Slatyford displacing 22574 to the Reserve Fleet.

✤Stagecoach West
It looks like the days of the Optare Versa here are numbered with several of the type already out of service and we understand some are being assessed to become training vehicles.
Enviro 200s 37320-22 are losing their branding for route 12.
 
✤Stagecoach East Midlands
The company reports that vehicles repainted in the last few weeks, all in corporate Stagecoach livery, are Enviro 400 19011, MAN 22831, Dart SLFs 35128 and 35143 along with Enviro 200s 36453/54/55.
Consultation is currently taking place on plans to introduce the ‘Simplibus’-style network and branding to Lincoln. The brand and network is already used in Grimsby and Hull.
 
✤Stagecoach South West
Dart SLF 34729, which has been on loan at Barnstaple, has been reported as being back at Plymouth, whilst a recent repaint is Barnstaple allocated Optare Solo 47447.
 
✤Stagecoach Oxfordshire
The company reports that Enviro 10067 has returned from Witney to Oxford in exchange for Gold-spec Scania/Enviro 400 15754.
 
✤Stagecoach Highlands
Open Top Trident 17014, transferred here from Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire has been allocated to Orkney working alongside 17515.
The two MAN/Enviro 300s, 22784/87, that were listed as being prepared for transfer to Stagecoach North East earlier this year are still in this fleet and are awaiting disposal.
Following completion of repairs Volvo B7R 53320 has transferred to Stagecoach Bluebird. Received from the sale source is Enviro 300 27796 which has been allocated to Caithness allowing MAN/Enviro 300 22783 to be taken out of service for disposal. Also here from Stagecoach Bluebird is Optare Solo 47566 which is in the Reserve Fleet based at Inverness. The vehicle allocation at Skye has increased to 12 with the transfer of Optare Solo SR 47814 from Orkney.
Volvo B7R 53284 is now at Fort William with 53332 at Aviemore.

A further two MAN/ALX300s now in the Reserve Fleet are 22440 at Rawmarsh and 22435 at Chesterfield. Back in service are Enviro 200 37088 at Rawmarsh, Volvo B9R 53714 at Chesterfield and Enviro 400H 12105 at Holbrook.

Arrivals here, at Kilmarnock, from Stagecoach East Scotland are WrightBus Gemini-bodied Volvo B7TLs 16960/63.

Now back in service after refurbishment are Enviro 200 36542 at Bromley and similar 36341 at Catford along with 36356 at West Ham. Dart SLF 34370 has been scrapped whilst 34392 and 34560 are now for disposal. Tridents 17779, 18831 and 17832 are being prepared to return to the leasing company and 17795 has been sold to S Boxall. Buses now undergoing refurbishment are  Enviro 200s 36339/60/72, 36543 and Enviro 400s 10103, 19819/20 and 19836.

✤Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire
Enviro 400MMC 10839 has transferred from Birklenhead to Gillmoss, whilst now allocated to Birkenhead after refurbishment are Enviro 400s 19018/61 with 19031 from Gillmoss now out of service for refurbishment. Reserve Fleet Trident 17272 and Scania/East Lancs saloons 28513/14 are all now for disposal here. Scania L94UB saloons 28544/45/46 have been sold. Dart SLFs 34813/14 have transferred from Preston to the Reserve Fleet in exchange for Enviro 200s 36804/05. Also now in the Reserve Fleet are Optare Solos 47081, 47327/28 and 47753 along with Dart DLF 34804 and MAN/Enviro 300 24174 from Gillmoss.
 
✤Stagecoach West
We understand that Optare Solos 47555-58 are now dedicated to the new North Bristol operation.
 
✤Stagecoach South Wales
A surprise transfer here is former Norfolk Green Optare Solo 47891 from the Stagecoach East fleet. It is in the Reserve Fleet at Blackwood being prepared for service. Vehicles sold to Abba Scrap are Optare Solos 47314 and 47634 along with Dart SLF 34512.
MAN/Enviro 300 22780 is currently out of service for repaint, being replaced at Merthyr by Optare Tempo 25118. Reserve Fleet Dart SLF 34490 has been allocated to Blackwood. Optare Solos 47521/22 have transferred from Blackwood to Caerphilly with 47185 moving from Caerphilly to Blackwood.
 
✤Stagecoach East
the company has confirmed that the 16 Enviro 400MMCs due later this year (10866-81) are for Peterborough and are expected to oust older Enviro 400s used on the Citi 1 service, which in turn will allow a cascade allowing the replacement of some the older Tridents in the fleet. However, the planned upgrade of the Bedford-based 99 fleet and the 99/X5 spare fleet with new Volvo B11R coaches during the 2017/18 financial year is not now due to take place.

Trident 17745 has arrived here from Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire and will be donated to charity.
 
✤Stagecoach East Midlands
Dart SLF 34456 has been reported as operating from Lincoln depot, which means that no Dart SLF/Pointer vehicles are now allocated to Mansfield. It is also reported that 34465 has gained a non-standard Dart SLF livery with black around the window pillar areas. Similar 34455 has been transferred from the main fleet to the Reserve Fleet at Worksop. Reserve Fleet Optare Solo 47263 at Lincoln is now for disposal. Volvo B7R 53213 has been allocated to Grimsby following its conversion to a training vehicle. Enviro 400 19306 was delivered to Lincoln from Bus & Coach World yesterday.
 
✤Thamesdown Transport
Now withdrawn is Dart SLF 103, whilst ADL Enviro 200MMC demonstrator YY17GRX has temporarily returned to ADL. Its replacement here is YX65RKK.
 
✤Stagecoach Vehicle Sales
Stagecoach UK Bus is now selling some surplus vehicles direct, advertising in Bus & Coach Buyer, rather than selling to - or through - dealers. In the past dealers have either bought surplus vehicles from Stagecoach or have sold them on behalf of Stagecoach. Currently available from Stagecoach Manchester are six Optare Primos 49891-96 (at £9,900 each plus tyres and VAT) along with two Scania N94s with East Lancs bodywork 28506/07 (£8,000 each plus tyres and VAT) and eight WrightBus-bodied Volvo B7RLEs 21238/40/42/43/44/45/47 (£9,900 each plus tyres and VAT).
Available from the Stagecoach East fleet are seven Optare Tempos 25119/20/21/22/24/25/26 (at £3,500 each plus tyres and VAT).
Also offered for sale ate 12 Volvo B12Bs, a selection of 04 and 05-plated Dart SLFs and 16 left hand drive former Megabus Van Hool Altano coaches.

✤Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
Although originally expected to move north to the Scottish fleets, open top Tridents 17013/15/16 have transferred to Stagecoach East Midlands. They arrived at Lincoln’s Great Northern terrace depot yesterday.
 
✤Stagecoach East Midlands
Disposed of are the remains of fire damaged Scania/Enviro 300 28615 and also the remains of Trident/ALX400 17521, which has been used for component recovery here.
Following repairs and limited use at Lincoln the transfer of Volvo B7TL 16906 to Skegness is imminent and may already have taken place. Out of service at Skegness for repairs is open top Trident 17675.
Trident 17686, which is not DDA compliant and has been in the Reserve Fleet at Mansfield, is now for disposal.
Transferred from the main fleet at Lincoln into the Reserve Fleet are Tridents 18044/49/50 and 18121. Now in service at Lincoln are Enviro 300 27786 and Dart SLF 34476, whilst Optare Solo 47262 has transferred to the Reserve Fleet. Scania/Enviro 300 28619 has returned to service at Worksop.
Further Enviro 400s allocated to Lincoln are 19302/04, which are expected to be joined imminently by 19308 which returned from centre door removal at Bus & Coash World yesterday.
