Ensign Fleet
Dart 785 has been on loan to Nu-Venture, Maidstone.
The 10 new 10.8m BCI double deckers arrived at Southampton this week and all are now at Purfleet awaiting certification and registration. They should enter service late April/early May.

The second former Norfolk Green Enviro 400 to receive corporate Stagecoach livery is 10054.
 
➨Stagecoach East Midlands
The company is recording Scania/Enviro 400s 15653 (Marie Curie Daffodil livery) and 15656 (Keep Britain Tidy livery) as being in the Reserve Fleet at Lincoln. In reality these vehicle will be operating from other Stagecoach East Midlands depots over the coming months.
 
➨Stagecoach Manchester
The following changes have taken place or a scheduled to take place over the coming weeks once all of the new Enviro 400MMCs 10844-65 are in service at Middleton. Enviro 400s 19111/12/16/17/18/20/30 will move to Wigan with 19328 transferring from Wigan to Ashton and 19329 from Wigan to Stockport. 19085 at Ashton will become surplus for cascade within Stagecoach UK Bus. MAN/ALX300s 22354/55/56/57/58/61 from Wigan and 22394/95, 22400-07 from Stockport will be withdrawn for disposal with Enviro 200s 36095-106 and 36428 being allocated to Stockport and 36429 to Wigan. Moving into the Reserve Fleet at Stockport are Optare Solos 47559 and 47620/21/22.

Now departed from this fleet are ADL Enviro 400s 19108/29, which have been transferred to Stagecoach Midlands.
 
➨East Yorkshire Motor Services
Vehicles sold are Dart SLF/Wright Cadet 161 and Dart SLF/Plaxton Pointer 304, whilst the latest vehicle for repaint here is 696.
Vehicle allocation changes to take place by next weekend will see MAN/ALX300s 322/29 returned to service at Hull with Enviro 200s 382/83 then transferring from Hull to Scarborough. Dart SLF 480 will be withdrawn from service at Hull and is for disposal whilst Volvo B7TL 593 will transfer from Hull to Scarborough. Further open top Volvo B7TLs to be re-licenced at Scarborough for the summer season will be 881/82 with 886 being transferred from Scarborough to Bridlington. Following removal of hybrid technology Enviro 400 907 has returned to service at Hull with conversion work now taking place on 905 and 910. Just two hybrid Enviro 400s remain in active service here - 903 and 906.
 
➨Stagecoach East Midlands
Marie Curie Daffodil Appeal-liveried Scania/Enviro 400 15653 will spend the coming months operating from all of the Stagecoach East Midlands depots. Currently scheduled to be at Skegness the allocation plan for the vehicle is:
Grimsby from 24 April
Hull from 22 May
Scunthorpe from 19 June
Gainsborough from 17 July
Worksop from 7 August
Mansfield from 4 September
Newark from 25 September
Lincoln from 16 October
Reserve Fleet Volvo B7Tl 16902 is being transferred back to Skegness, although it remains in the Seasonal Reserve fleet. 16907 has moved from the main fleet at Lincoln to the Reserve Fleet with 16908 moving the opposite way. In readiness for the start of the Skegness Seasiders service open top Volvo B7TLs 16964/66 and Enviro 400 19169 are being re-licenced and open top Volvo B7TLs 16962/65 will temporarily move from Grimsby to Skegness but remain in the Seasonal Reserve fleet. Volvo B7RLE 21214 is to return to the main fleet at Skegness along with Enviro 300s 27762/63 whilst 27764 will transfer from Grimsby to Skegness. Enviro 300 27637 has transferred from Lincoln to Hull in exchange for 27198. Currently delicenced for repairs are Scania/Enviro 300 28619 from Worksop and Dart SLF 34849 from Lincoln. Dart SLF 34455 has moved from the Reserve Fleet to the main fleet at Worksop whilst 35150 has moved from Gainsborough to Hull where it is in the Reserve Fleet. Optare Solo 47268 is now in the Reserve Fleet at Scunthorpe whilst plans to convert 53213 to a training vehicle have been abandoned and it is now for disposal. 
Former Stagecoach North East Enviro 400s 19201 and 19202 are now allocated to Lincoln.

Former Stagecoach East Midlands 16463 Volvo Olympian has been donated to Oak Tree Academy, Stockton-on-Tees for use as a library. 16462 is due to be donated to Grove Primary School in Consett.

➨Stagecoach London
The announcement was made yesterday that routes 5 (PVR 30 vehicles), routes 15/N15 (30 vehicles) and route 115 (18 vehicles) have been lost in the latest tender round to Blue Triangle who will take over the routes on 28th August 2017.

The second open top Trident to be branded for the new Hop122 service is 18186 which carries ‘Swash Buckle the Pirate Parrot’ graphics. It joins 18306 with ‘Gary the Rabbit’ graphics.

➨Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
Steven Knight Media can reveal the company has confirmed to its staff that it has been successful in bidding for new open top vehicles this year. They will replace the current Trident open top buses used on the Lakes 599 service. 
The seven part-open top buses are due to enter service this summer and will carry a new ‘Lake Sider’ livery from Ray Stenning and  Best Impressions.
The new branding, and an impression of the vehicles, which will be Volvo B5TLs with Wright Gemini 3 bodywork will appear in publicity material in the coming weeks.
The buses will carry fleet numbers 13801-07 and will be allocated to Kendal depot.
​In a first for a Stagecoach regional fleet they will have white LED destination screens with a full length destination screen, rather than just the route number, at the rear.

Additions to the fleet are two Dennis Tridents with part-open top Plaxton President bodywork. Former Lothian T509/10SSG have PO45/26F layout bodywork and have been given East Yorkshire fleet numbers 887 and 888. They are required due to an increased open top requirement this year with the introduction of a new Scarborough Skipper open top service.

Now in service at Middleton is Enviro 400MMC 10851, whilst further deliveries reported from ADL are 10852-54. Enviro 400 Hybrid 12014 which had been reported operating from Stockport is now back at Hyde Road.

➨Stagecoach East Midlands
Enviro 200 37196 is back in service at Grimsby following repairs whilst Enviro 400 19142, from Lincoln, had been operating out of Grimsby depot between March 10th and 13th. Reserve Fleet Dart SLF 34688 is for transfer to Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire whilst 15m Volvo B12Bs 54051/53/54/55 have been officially recorded by the company for transfer from the Rail Replacement Unit at Lincoln to Stagecoach London with 54052 transferring to the Reserve Fleet at Lincoln. Marie Curie 'Daffodil' bus Scania/Enviro 400 15653 is reported as transferred from the operational fleet at Lincoln to the Reserve Fleet. Volvo B7TL 16971 is now for disposal.
