Today’s selection from Dave Tozer starts with former Bristol Omnibus and Western National Bristol FSF 1013 at Dawlish in Devon General believed to be working Service 2 from Exeter to Newton Abbot in July 1973.
We now see former Western National Bristol LDL 1936 (VDV752) named Admiral Boscawen at Dawlish, which by the time of the photograph in July 1973 was in the Devon General .
Photographed in its last month in service before withdrawal in October 1977 was Devon General AEC Regent V 515 (CTT515C) which was at Exeter Bus Station
Finally we feature Bristol VRT 550 (VOD550K) in the Western National fleet, but working at Exeter. This was the last of the Series 1 VRTs of the batch 542 to 550, originally delivered Devon General. livery. The batch was split between Torquay and Exeter depot.
